This Privacy Policy describes in general terms how JMobile handles information associated with the use of its Apps: TicTacToe, Checklist, NeoBanks, SongBook, Ingregram, and Dividir Cuentas.
The Apps are designed to operate without JMobile storing or managing users' personal data on its own servers.
Content you enter (e.g., lyrics and chords in SongBook, recipes in Ingregram, lists in Checklist, or expense records in Dividir Cuentas) is kept on your device or, where applicable, in third-party services linked to your platform account (e.g., your Apple account).
JMobile's Apps currently do not use first-party cookies or other tracking technologies for analytics or advertising purposes.
The operating system or the app store through which you install the Apps may use their own data-collection mechanisms; these are not managed by JMobile.
Third-party services such as iCloud or other services linked to your Apple account may be used for information storage and synchronization.
Data processing by these providers is governed by their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies, which you must review and accept directly with them.
JMobile designs its Apps to minimize exposure of sensitive data and rely primarily on the secure environment provided by the operating system and its providers.
Even so, no system is completely infallible. You should avoid entering excessively sensitive information and review the privacy settings of your device and third-party accounts.
